NCFC Players of the Week Announced for Week 7
The Northern California Football Conference (NCFC) has announced its Players of the Week for Week 7, recognizing outstanding performances on both the offensive and defensive sides of the ball.
Marcus Beamon of Butte College has been named the NCFC National Offensive Player of the Week for his impressive performance against Santa Rosa JC. Beamon completed 14 of 19 passes for 172 yards and 7 touchdowns, while also adding 24 rushing yards on 3 carries in the Roadrunners' 49-14 victory over the Bearcubs.
Thomas Perea of Modesto Junior College has been named the NCFC National Defensive Player of the Week for Week 7. Perea recorded 7 tackles, 1 sack, and an interception in Modesto Junior College's 31-27 win over Fresno City College.
Bryson McFall of the College of the Siskiyous has been named the NCFC American Offensive Player of the Week for his standout performance in the Eagles' 49-32 victory over Los Medanos College. McFall rushed for 172 yards on 17 carries in the win.
Ben Lucchesi of Cabrillo has been named the NCFC American Defensive Player of the Week for Week 7. Lucchesi tallied 7 tackles, 2 sacks, and 2 quarterback hurries in Cabrillo's 40-7 victory over Gavilan.
